Firstly the atmosphere within the restaurant was very nice. Throughout the meal service was friendly and accommodating. I ordered the chicken with the signature green sauce, along with yuca fries and spinach. The chicken was moist but lacked flavor. The green sauce makes up for that with great flavor. The yuca fries had an interesting texture but needed the green sauce for flavor. The spinach was all around a good side. Overall my experience at Brasa was very pleasant and the food was great.
