This elimination process is used throughout the show and eventually leads to the final proposal, or dramatic breakup. The entire show spans across six weeks of getting to know each other, before the final match is made.

One of the most entertaining reality TV shows from day one, Love is Blind makes you ask the question “can you really fall in love without ever seeing the person?” The show tracks contestants going room to room, on truly blind dates, unable to physically see each other. In between dates, the contestants go back to common areas where gossip and jealousy ensues. The show highlights each pairing’s emotional bond, while making sure the max amount of drama can ensue, specifically at the ionic “first look” moment.
Final verdict: 4/5 roses. Love is Blind is a unique premise that goes off of the idea that people can find true love without seeing each other, it is drama filled and sure to entertain you.
Gold medal: Love Island US/UK
Love Island is a hit reality TV game show that has it all: comedy, drama, and high stakes at love. While the competition is high, so is the chemistry. The contestants come onto the show alone, and are quickly paired up into couples, who are then tested through games, gossip, challenges and new arrivals. As the show progresses, the audience can choose the couple currently paired is strong enough, and if not they can get voted off. Through the twists and turns of jealousy, romance, and competition spanning eight weeks, you get to vote for your least favorite couple and hope that in the last week the best one wins!
Final verdict: 5/5 roses. Love Island US/UK is a hilarious reality show with an interactive touch that you can do with your friends. This past summer, Love Island US has blown up and the show’s popularity has grown among young adults proving that it has earned its place at number one reality show.
